They offer the standard pricing models from 1 DVD at a time up to 6. Their two week free trial is longer than any other company in the industry at this time. Movixo has mixed a sex toy superstore in with their adult DVD rental service for those looking for more than just a few movies. Movies do not come discreetly shipped and they say Movixo on the package, and contain the slogan "let the sex come to you". They do ship to you free of charge.

Sounds good so far? Unfortunately we have come across issues with Movixo and the way they have done business. In 2005, they shut down their affiliate program and refused to pay affiliates outstanding balances including referrals. Some affiliates were owed thousands, including one who created Movixo Sucks. With a little research, you will see that they have been blacklisted on virtually every review site and guide that discusses adult DVD rental services.

Besides the stealing of thousands from affiliates, they have also been involved in the creation of fake profiles at popular review sites like Rate-It-All to slander competitors and boast their own company. They have even gone as far as to create fake blogs promoting the service while denying any affiliation. We prefer to support sites that earn a reputation based on actual customer reviews, and not phoney profiles. There are plenty of good up and coming porn DVD rental companies like SugarDVD that will do the job.

Overall, the decision is up to you. Although many of these issues doesn’t pertain to the actual service, we do have to wonder if a company that would steal thousands from affiliates who had sent traffic and sales would do wrong to a customer. We also question why a quality service would need to resort to creating fake reviews. It is our experience that bad business is bad business, and we do not recommend Movixo. There are other great adult DVD rental services that we ranked high such as WantedList, URentDVDs, and SugarDVD. Give them a shot first.
